JOB DESCRIPTION
Lucky Buck's Formal & Wedding is looking for 1-2 dress consultants. Availability to work Monday-Saturday (11 am - 5 pm) and on major holidays (Spring Break is required).

Lucky Buck's is a mother-daughter owned consignment boutique with a focus on prom, formal, and wedding dresses located in New Braunfels, TX. The store prides itself on being a welcoming place for all, and strives to find a dress for every body type, size, and budget.
Dress consultants manage and assist with prom, formal, and wedding appointments. Every customer is unique in their style and needs. Consultants must be fashion-forward thinking, love working with people, and have experience in retail (or sales). There are times where consultants will have multiple customers at once, while needing to complete other tasks. For this reason, consultants must be able to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive attitude.

Manage private parties during appointments.

Dependable and punctual when showing up to work.

Communicates well with others - customers, employees, etc.

Trustworthy around expensive inventory.

Organized and attention to detail.

Able to stand for long time periods and lift 25+ lbs.
PREFERRED

Experience with creating posts, reels, and stories for social media.

Experience with the POS system Square.

Photography skills to take photos of new inventory.

Speaks Spanish and/or able to communicate via American Sign Language.
